Garage door requires 2 presses to close...

When I try to close my garage door with Mobilinc Pro, I have to hit the button 2x. To open 1x. Not sure why it requires 2x to close...

Open works normally. Close seems like the first time it toggles the KPL switch light off on 1st press, then closes the door on 2nd press.

It works properly from the ISY994i, but not from Mobilinc Pro App. Each toggle of the "on" key toggles between open and close with each only having a a single press.

Scene consists of three devices:
1. Door Relay - Responder
2. Door Sensor - Controller
3. KPL key light indicator - Controller

Relay is set for Momentary A and Reverse Trigger
KPL key set to Non-Toggle [On]

Any way to rectify this behavior?

Thanks for the details, but I’m not sure I fully understand your scenario yet.

What are you tapping in MobiLinc? The scene icon or the KPL button’s icon? Or the IO Linc relay or sensor?

When you say it works from the ISY, what exactly are you turning ON/OFF from the ISY’s Admin Console that makes it work for you?

I think, I may have solved it. Switching from Momentary A to Momentary B in ISY makes it work. The scene button in MobiLinc must only send on command then off command. Changing to Momentary B in ISY allows relay trigger for both on and off commands.
