Mobilinc/ISY won't execute scene

I have a scene that contains only 2 dimmer switches. When operating locally or from the ISY admin console, the scene works and updates the status on both the ISY and mobilinc. However when I try and execute the scene from Mobilinc, I get "Bad message. ISY failed to process the request. Please try again" The error is immediate with no delay.

I can tell by looking at the event viewer that the ISY does absolutely nothing when I try and activate the scene from Mobilinc so it isn't ISY/insteon communication issue.

It seems as if the ISY doesn't know what Mobilinc is asking when the button is pressed.

I have deleted and recreated the scene and it hasn't helped.

Hi Brianp6621,

Please follow these steps to resolve:

- Delete the scene from your ISY.
- Open MobiLinc and go to Settings->Lighting Controller->Sync->Update Only.
- Verify the scene was removed. If not, you'll need to go to Settings->Lighting Controller->Sync->Download All.
- Recreate the scene in your ISY and verify it works.
- Open MobiLinc go to Settings->Lighting Controller->Sync->Update Only.
- Verify the new scene appears and works correctly from MobiLinc.
