Mobile Integrated Solutions

Within the mobilinc app all of my settings for user,pw,local http, local port, secure https and secure port match what my isy tells me the settings are. However when I "Tap to Sync with ISY" I get an error message (Network Error) after it times out in "Retrieving Configuration"

Help?
