Having trouble getting Amazon Echo to run programs

How does one name spokens for programs? I assumed it's just the name of the programs and when I asked "Alexa, ask MobiLinc to run ___" it doesn't seem to work.

Two things to keep in mind:

1. The name of the program must be unique with plain English as the name: "Kitchen" not: "prog_kitchen_001"
2. If you change the name of your program(s) or set Vocal names for devices/scenes you'll need to tell Alexa to "refresh devices".
