I recently installed a Venstar T1800 and an ISY 99i. I have a question regarding the humidity displayed on the MobiLinc app.

My Venstar, as far as I can tell, does not have the humidity sensor installed...I didn't purchase it with my thermostat. So, I'm wondering how, when I look at My Thermostat on the app, does it display the humidity reading.

The Venstar and the Insteon thermostat adapter will send out humidity data to the ISY/MobiLinc even if there is no humidiy sensor installed. To my knowledge there is no way for the ISY to tell if the humidiy data is good or bogus. It reports to MobiLinc what it receives from the adapter/Venstar combo.
