Cannot connect to ISY over web

I have an ISY-994i and I cannot connect to it through the Mobilinc Connect over the web. I want to view cameras, and confirmed with Universal Devices that the ISY is connected to the web. I created an account and that seemed to be successful, but when I try to view the cameras outside of my network I get nothing.

I downloaded the Portal Integration module. Is there another module that I need?

MobiLinc Connect is for the ISY only. The portal module allows the ISY to connect to our cloud servers to bridge your MobiLinc app's Devices/Scenes/Program control through our cloud servers and down to your ISY.

Cameras are independent of this. Since cameras do not know anything about our servers, they need to be connected to directly.
