Hello Wes,

Not sure if you are able to provide any support for this issue. When attempting to log in using the I'm not at home feature on the smartlinc I'm only able to connect when using Internet Explorer as the web browser will not work using Mozilla, Chrome or Safari any suggestion to what could cause this?

Hi Matt,

That's a good question. I agree, I haven't had success here with Safari. Try contacting SmartHome and see what they say. My guess is they'll tell you that the SmartLinc was designed to support the iPhone and Internet Explorer and won't support other browsers. I can use Safari just fine connecting locally, but externally I seem to experience an issue connecting. If they are able to solve your issue, please let me know what they say.
