Can Access the HTTP but Not the HTTPS

Hello

I am able to access the ISY via your MobileLinc Pro App for the Iphone via the HTTP Wifi abut not over the HTTPS and the Cellular network. Can you help with a solution? I have followed your written instructions on your website and I am still STUCK!

Hi Bill,

The trick with accessing the ISY over 3G is getting the router configuration to port forward traffic correctly from outside of your network to the ISY that sits internally. Since all routers are different my recommendation would be to do a Google search for your Router model and How to Port Forward. We have an overview here: viewtopic.php?f=31&t=413
