Mobile Integrated Solutions

I see that the motion manager only supports Insteon motion sensors. W have a ton of other sensors on the Elk (motion, door, etc) that would be wonderful to be able to use the Resource manager for. Any plans to support those? Or any tricks you might recommend to integrate with them?

Hi Chris,

That's going to be tough. It's possible for us to write the code to look at zones, but we can't tell if a zone is tripped by a motion detector or a door or some other sensor. We'd have to accept all zones as input and then rewrite the logic to write to the ISY to look at zone information instead of INSTEON motion detectors.

It sounds do-able, but would require some work to implement. I've got this on our feature request list now to investigate.
