Please add DVR USA viewmaster support.

I purchased this app and it does not support it using custom IP Camera URL like I had hoped.

I believe you emailed us with your DVR info. When I attempted to connect to your address, the provided username/password didn't seem to work. Please respond to my email response with the correct username/password and I'll be happy to add support if possible.
