Hello All!

Up until today, I had MobiLinc working perfectly.

Now all of a sudden, it is NOT displaying any of my devices, scenes or programs.

I cannot figure out what changed or why all of a sudden it won't work.

In order to rule out any port forwrding issues, I am connecting on my local WiFi network.

The app properly detects my ISY on the local IP 192.168.1.125.
It accepts my username and password and tells me it is synced successfully.

But, then, after I let it sit for a while (hoping it's downloading all the device info), I get an error:

Code: Select all

Connection Timeout
The request to ISY Timedout.
Please check the network settings and try again.

Then, if I leave it a little longer, it says:

Code: Select all

Failed to Connect
Error Received = timed out

Is there anything specific that would cause this?

I can access the ISY perfectly fine through my web browser (on the same network) using the same IP, username, and password.

Any help is greatly appreciated becuase I'm totally stumped.

I should also mention that if I open Safari and go to 192.168.1.125, then I can login and see all my devices.

So, I know the connection to that IP is being made successfull and the ISY is responding.

Let's see if we can get to the bottom of this. Try the following:

1. Reboot your ISY and wait for it to come back up. Verify you can log into your ISY from the java interface.
2. Verify that your local and SSL IP/Port information is correct and verify that the connect method is set to Auto or HTTP (if you are only using the local IP information)
3. Go under My Settings and tap Sync (Download All option - This will re-download everything from your ISY) Verify that MobiLinc reports that it synced successfully.

I rebooted my router, modem, ISY, and iPhone...

When everything came back online, I was able to use your amazing app again.
