Hello,

I had everything working great. My provider changed me to a fixed IP address (PPPoe) so I could access drives externally. Now I can sync with the isy99i when at home on my airport network but not away from home.

There are 5 fields in the airport router port map window I have set "public UDP port" to 443 or 500 , Public TCP to 443 or 500, Private IP to the ISY 10.x.x.x, Private UDP to 80, and Private TCP to 80

On the mobilinc I set Local http: to the ISP 10.x.x.x, Local port to 80 / Secure Https: to my fixed IP 204.xx.xx.xxx, and secure port to 443 or 500

No luck over 3g cell . Any help would be very appreciated.

Hi Dave,

Looks like you are close. By setting the private port to 80 you are forwarding all external traffic to your ISY's HTTP port when it should be going to the HTTPS port (443).

Airport:
- Set the public UDP/TCP to 443.
- Set the private UDP/TCP to 443.

MobiLinc:
- Set the Secure port to 443.

Try syncing again.
