ISY Failed to process

Recently, when trying to run a program through Mobilinc 3.0.1 (or newest version), I get an error stating "ISY Failed to process the request. Please try again". I try and try and it doesn't work. If I go to turn on the device uner My Devices, it turns on. It just seems to be programs that can't be run.

Hi Avonlea22,

I think you were able to fix this by your post over on the UDI forms. But for those on this forum reading, here was the solution:

This is likely the cause: the program ID or key value in MobiLinc is out of sync with the ISY. Try performing an Update Only sync under My Settings->Lighting Settings and try again.
